Comparative Analysis of IGF-1 Contents in Different Segments of Cervus elaphus linnaeus

In this study,acid extract and alcohol extract of six cervus elaphus linnaeus were obtained.Insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.IGF-1 contents in different segments(top、middle basis,three segments)were detected with RIA.The results of SDS-PAGE and Western blot showed that IGF-1 was extracted with acid and alcohol.IGF-1 contents of the acid extract in top was higher 43.10%(P0.01)and 284.83%(P0.01)than in middle and basis respectively,was higher 42.33%(P0.05)and 164.04%(P0.01) for alcohol extract polypeptide.IGF-1 contents of the acid extract in middle was higher 168.93%(P0.01) than in basis,was higher 85.51%(P0.05) for alcohol extract polypeptide.This test offered an internal quality index in subsection utilization of cervus elaphus linnaeus.
