Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una agencia de turismo ecológico en el cantón La Maná provincia de Cotopaxi, año 2008.

Through this investigation was solved the main problem that is the Creation of an Ecological Tourism Agency in La Mana canton, Cotopaxi province, using a project of feasibility for the creation of this agency, the same that permits to satisfy the requirements of the clients during the 2008 – 2009 period. The related population in the investigation are the inhabitants of the cantons ( Latacunga, Pujili, La Mana, Valencia and Quevedo), from which was taken a representative sample for the surveys application, in the same way was applied this instrument for the authorities of the Town Council, resorts and small hotels’ owners of the canton, through the inductive method, the study started from the particular to the general, using the no experimental and transectional methodologies, the analysis that studied the Tourism Agency in its parts and relations, the synthesis that evaluated the result of the analysis to consolidate it, and finally the statistic method that processed the data and information, demonstrating in that way the feasibility and profitability of this project supported in the logical draft plan master, the market study, technical – commercial study, economical study, financial and economical evaluation and environmental effect, for that reason, it is essential to embark on the projects like this in order to help the development of the sectors related to the canton, the province and the country.
