The article presents the information technology of formation of organizational management of logistics of distribution in strategic planning on the example of sale of finished products of general use.At the first stage, we solve the problem of logistics network configuration for two types of chains: transportation and storage of finished products.As a result, we form a frame for implementation of the logistics operations.As a criterion for the solution of the logistics network configuration problem, we take the total costs of storage and transportation of finished products, as well as the level of service. To solve the twocriterion problems and to form a compromise solution, the method of concessions is used.After the synthesis of the frame of logistics network, we form the organizational management structure. Models and algorithms of information technology are implemented in the form of a decision support system, the performance of which is checked on existing test data
