GW29-e1912 Challenges in early diagnosis of refractory shock due to systemic capillary leak syndrome:a case report and review of the literatures

Systemic capillary leak syndrome (SCLS), also known as Clarkson’s disease, is a rare cause of distributive shock. The diagnosis of SCLS is often delayed and misdiagnosed. To report the refractory shock due to a SCLS in emergency department(ED) and review the management strategies of this disease
