Realization of Programmed Operation in Digital Substations

The necessary condition for programmed operation of digital substations and possible schemes are introduced.Based on the 110 kV Zhonghua Digital Substation of Guizhou this paper discusses the work flow,security guarantee,and a specific scheme of programmed operation.Finally,propositions are given for the further study of programmed operation of both 110 kV and 220 kV digital substations.
