The invention relates to a P93 header for a super 623 DEG C advanced ultra supercritical unit boiler. Steam temperature of a boiler with the highest pressure, the highest temperature and the highest efficiency at pressure is 605/623/623 DEG C, power generation coal consumption is 256.16 g per kilowatt hour, compared with a mature unit, difference of an A-USC technology in layout of power generation equipment is small, but a material needs to tolerate higher temperature and higher pressure, and especially requirements on the boiler header are stricter. The P93 header for the super 623 DEG C advanced ultra supercritical unit boiler comprises a header barrel (1), wherein the circumference of the header barrel is welded with a group of pipe joints (2), one ends of the pipe joints are welded with the header barrel by adopting a fillet weld, the other ends of the pipe joints are welded with small-caliber pipes on a boiler heating surface, the header barrel is manufactured by adopting a large-diameter pipe made from a P93 material, and the pipe joints are manufactured by adopting small-caliber pipes made from a T93 material. The P93 header provided by the invention is applied to the super 623 DEG C advanced ultra supercritical unit boiler.
