Реалізація процесного підходу до управління якістю зносостійких покриттів

A process-oriented model of technological process of wear-resistant coatings by electrocontactstrengthening of sprayed coatings (ECSSC) during the recovery machine parts is proposed. Itsstructural description has allowed to reproduce the process approach in conformity with internationalstandard ISO 9001:2015. Also, visual and more formalized presentation of interactionof the quality management system with technological process, working environment and thedynamics of its implementation was done. Manufacturing block diagram of the technologicalprocess to obtain wear-resistant coatings by ECSSC method was developed. This allows toreveal the most relevant directions for improvement of the process
