Quantum oscillations of the magnetoresistance in n-CdSnAs2

Abstract The influence of spin upon the magnetoresistance in n-CdSnAs 2 in pulsed magnetic fields at helium temperatures is discovered and investigated. The g -factor and the value of the spin-orbit splitting of the valence band are estimated.
