A Preliminary Study on the Reform of Teacher's Education System

A teacher's education system has many components: the education, the appointment, the training and the evaluation. The traditional closed and predetermined education mode is now facing challenges, as the planned economy is transformed to a marked economy, test education to quality education, elite education to public education, along with the challenges from a knowledge-based economy. An open and flexible mode is the aim of the reform of teacher's education system.
