Automatic displacement detection of target spray system based on micro inertial sensor

The target variable spray technique is an important part of intelligent plant protection, this paper uses the MEMS inertial sensor to detect changes in walking speed of the sprayer, thus more accurate spraying of crops, especially pesticide precision spraying automatic, meet the requirements of precision spraying. In this paper, a displacement detection scheme is proposed based on ADXL345 acceleration inertial sensor. In order to improve the precision of the system, the EMD filtering method is adopted to reduce the influence of random error on the calculation precision. Finally, the whole system is made and the algorithm is programmed. The displacement precision of the EMD filter algorithm is analyzed and evaluated. The simulation and practical results show that the filtering method based on EMD can effectively extract the characteristics of non-stationary signals, which greatly improves the accuracy of the spray.
