Developing countermeasure analysis of young teachers in universities with demand as the guidance——Based on an empirical research of demand for young teachers in universities in Heilongjiang province

Cinese government attaches great importance to the cultivation and development of young university teachers,who are an important force in the development of higher education in the future.The demand-oriented cultivation of young teachers in universities will be effective.In order to better understand the needs of young teachers in universities,a university selected in Heilongjiang province with the young teacher(under the age of 35 including 35).Analysis is made on the demand characteristics,development,and sense of belonging,and then proposed on salary,training mode,the scientific research ability,and the cultivation of the evaluation system.
