Permanence and Global Asymptotic Stability for the Three-Species Predator-Prey Systems

The pemanence and global asymptotic stability for the three predator prey system with holling Ⅱ functional response is studied by comparison theorem and limit theory. It is proved that the system can be permanent under some conditions and its any positive solution is globally asymptotically stable under the appropriate conditions.
