Clinical Study on Angioneurotic Headache Treated by Taohongsiwutang

Objective To explore the effect on angioneurotic headache treated by chinese decoction Taohongsiwutang and western medicine. Methods 160 patients with angioneurotic headache treated with the routine therapy with western medicine as a therapy background. The patients were divided into treatment group 84 cases (therapy with Taohongsiwutang) and control group 76 cases (routine therapy), the effect was observed after treatment 20 days. Results The curative rate in treatment group is 64.3%, the effective rate in treatment group is 92.9%,that of the control group is 36.8%and 73.7%,The effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P 0.01) .Conclusion The effect on angioneurotic headache treated by Taohongsiwutang and western medicine is better than that of treatment with western medicine.
