Lactic acid production method and production apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing lactic acid by removing a calcium component and sulfuric acid in a lactic acid solution originated from microorganism culture. SOLUTION: The method for producing the lactic acid includes removing the calcium component and the sulfuric acid by separating the calcium component and the sulfuric acid in the lactic acid solution originated from the microorganism culture by a nanofiltration membrane.
