Mediastinal recurrence from ovarian cystadenocarcinoma presenting as pleuro-pericardial cyst

A 56 year-old woman (treated for ovarian cystadenocarcinoma 9-yrs before) pre - sented a slowly increasing dyspnea. CT-scan re - vealed a mediastinal cyst with typical radiologi - cal pattern compatible with benign pleuro-peri - cardial cyst. The cyst was removed via right tho - racoscopy. Surprisingly, the pathology were in - dicative of cystic mediastinal recurrence from ovarian adenocarcinoma.
