A Reflection on and exploration into human resources management in medium and small private enterprises ——An intensive analysis on the problems in private economy in Wenzhou and Taizhou in Zhejiang Province

Private enterprise is an important part of our socialist market economy. The development of private enterprises is an effective measure in revitalizing regional economy in our country. But it is just the actual pattern of human resources management that detains the further development of the private enterprises. Considering such problems in the private enterprises in Wenzhou and Taizhou area, this article attempts to bring forward some new countermeasures to improving the human resources management in both medium and small enterprises.
