The invention particularly relates to a high-frequency longitudinal-torsional composite vibratory sponge bar taking worktable and application. The worktable comprises a base, a horizontal moving mechanism, a fixing rack, a vertical moving mechanism, a supporting frame and a high-frequency longitudinal-torsional composite vibratory bar taking device, wherein the high-frequency longitudinal-torsional composite vibratory bar taking device comprises an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer, at least one stage of a variable-amplitude pole and a tubular cutter. The tubular cutter is in threaded connection with the connected variable-amplitude pole and comprises a connector, a tube body with a cavity and a cutting edge, and a longitudinal-torsional composite vibratory transformational structure is arranged on the tube body. By the adoption of the technical scheme, bar taking on sponge is easily achieved in a high-frequency vibratory mode, a workpiece to be machined horizontally moves through the horizontal moving mechanism, the bar taking device can vertically and accurately move through the vertical moving mechanism, and accurate automatic bar taking control can be performed at the specific position of the workpiece to be machined through the fixing rack as required.
