Whole course management in orthopaedics interns of 8-year medical education program

Concerning the characteristic of 8-year medical education program,the pattern of clinical practice adopted nowadays in the 5-year medical education program is not quite suitable.So a new pattern of clinical practice,whole course management is undertaken in the Department of Trauma and Orthopedics of People's Hospital with a good effect This article introduces the detailed methods of whole course management,the result,remaining problems and solutions.
