Antistatic reinforced polyphenylene sulfide composite material and method for making same

The present invention discloses antistatic reinforced polyphenyl thioether composite material and its preparation process. The composite material consists of polyphenyl thioether 30-80 weight portions, glass fiber 20-60 weight portions, inorganic mineral filler 0-40 weight portions, hydrophilic polymer 3-10 weight portions, alkali metal salt 0.2-3 weight portions, interface modifier 2-10 weight portions, coupling agent 0.1-2 weight portions, antioxidant 0.1-1 weight portion, and processing aid 0.1-1 weight portion. The antistatic reinforced polyphenyl thioether composite material has excellent mechanism performance, excellent antistatic performance and high durability, and may be used in coal mine machine, business machine, fixed disk driver, etc.
