Method for improving binding force of electro-galvanized layer on surface of neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet

2012
The invention belongs to the material surface treatment field and mainly relates to a method for improving the binding force of an electro-galvanized layer on the surface of a neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet, wherein after the neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet is chamfered and polished, the neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet is treated according to the steps of oil removal by acid washing, acid washing, dip plating and electro-galvanizing. According to the invention, the pretreatment of galvanizing is performed after oil removal before galvanizing, acid washing and the dip plating process are combined, and the conventional process of activation after acid washing is omitted, and the method is simple in process, convenient to operate and the like; on the basis of the pretreatment process, electro-galvanizing is performed so that the electro-galvanized protective layer which is good in binding force and corrosion resistance can be obtained; and therefore, the coating high in corrosion resistance is obtained and the binding force of a coating layer and the substrate is also guaranteed.
