Study on the impact of population factors on real estate price of Jilin city based on regression model

In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in Jilin city, people's life standard improves steadily, while the real estate price also increases with it, which makes the young who need to buy houses face sever challenge. At present, the population quantity and structure change significantly, and they are the major factors to influence the change of real estate price in Jilin city, so exploring the population factors to influence the growth of real estate price becomes a hot issue in academic area. In this paper, we use multiple linear regression to study the influence of the population factors on real estate price in Jilin city, such as the natural growth rate of population, the mechanic growth rate of population and so on. The results show that the natural growth rate of population has a significant influence on real estate price and they are positive linear relationship.
