Zusammenfassung Zehn Trichothecene wurden in vitro gepruft, in welchen Konzentrationen sie noch die Phythamagglutinin-induzierte Transformation von Schweinelymphozyten hemmen konnen. Bezuglich der Wirksamkeit ergab sich folgende Reihung: T-2 Toxin > Diaceto-xyscirpenol > HT-2 Toxin > Neosolaniol = Fusarenon × > T-2 Triol = T-2 Tetraol = Nivalenol = Deoxynivalenol > Verrucarol. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, das im Organismus entstehende T-2 Toxin-Metaboliten (HT-2 Toxin, T-2 Triol, T-2 Tetraol, Neosolaniol) immer noch eine immunsuppressive Aktivitat besitzen, wenn auch in geringerem Ausmafs.
