Determination of organophosphate insecticides in enviromental water by auto-SPME,GC/MS and GC/MS/MS

Objective To present a rapid analysis method of organophosphate insecticides in enviromental water.Method Organophosphate insecticides (including seventeen compounds) in enviromental water were analyzed by auto-SPME and GC/MS,GC/MS/MS,fused-silica fiber with 100μm polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was used and extraction time was from 15min to 20min, the thermal desorption time was 3min. Results The linear range of the detection was 0.1～10ng/ml(r≥0.99).The lowest detection limits (LODs)were 0.01～100pg/ml. Conclusion It is a rapid and efficient method in some fields,e.g.enviromental protection,inspection and quarantine,forensic toxicology,etc.
