Use of organic framework porous solid acid

2012
A use of an organic framework porous solid acid, as a catalyst for a catalyzed esterification and acylation reaction. The preparation process thereof is: adding a divinylbenzene monomer to a mixed solvent containing azobisisobutyronitrile, tetrahydrofuran and water, subjecting to hydrothermal treatment at ambient atmospheric temperature and pressure, and evaporating the solvent at room temperature, to obtain polydivinylbenzene; grinding into a 200-mesh powder, and subjecting to degassing treatment under nitrogen; adding to 1,1',2-trichloroethane for swelling; uniformly mixing 1,1',2-trichloroethane and concentrated sulfuric acid to form a mixture, to which silver sulfate is added as a catalyst, and swelled polydivinylbenzene is added, sulfonated, filtered, washed with dioxane, washed with water to neutrality, dried, activated with dilute sulfuric acid, washed with water to neutrality, and dried. The catalyst has a high catalytic activity.
