Analysis on the clinical efficacy of the location interventional therapy under the bronchoscope in treating 146 cases bronchial tuberculosis

2012
Objective To explore the clinical effects of the general interventional therapy under the bronchoscope and singal location interventional therapy for bronchial tuberculosis. Methods 146 bronchial tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into 5 groups including singal argon helium knife(group A),high frequency electrotome(group B),cryotherapy(group C),sacculus rotundus expanding(group D) and general therapy(group E)(group A or group B or group C+group D).Those five groups were treated by location interventional therapy based on standard anti-tuberculosis drugs treatment and local drug injection. The clinical efficacy of location general interventional therapy under the bronchoscope and singal location therapy was observed and compared. Results In the high frequency electrotome group, the average treatment frequency was 1.18 times and the total effective rate was 30.23%;In the singal argon helium knife group, the average treatment frequency was 1.29 times and the total effective rate was 31.91%;In the cryotherapy group, the average treatment frequency was 0.55 times and the total effective rate was 15.00%;In the sacculus rotundus expanding group, the average treatment frequency was 0.73 times and the total effective rate was 18.29%;and the general therapy average treatment frequency was 0.83 times and the total effective rate was 96.69%.Concluction The clinical efficacy of the standard anti-tuberculosis on bronchial tuberculosis was poor. However, the efficacy of the location interventional therapy under the bronchoscope were significant and more obvious than single interventional therapy under the bronchoscope.
