2020
Indonesia Health Data and Information (2018) reports that the presentation of babies who are breastfed for 6 months is 29.5%. The low presentation is because according to him the provision of breast milk as the baby's age increases. One effort that can increase the scope of ASI is to apply a support group for breastfeeding mothers. Therefore this study aims to determine the effect of the ASI support group on knowledge, attitudes, psychomotor, and perceptions of mothers in breastfeeding. This study uses a Non-Equivalent Contro design; Group. This research was conducted in Sako Village with a sample of 38 nursing mothers who have children aged 0-24 months. Determination of the sample is done by the non probability sampling method. Marginal homogeneity test results indicate there is an influence of knowledge, attitudes, psychomotor and breastfeeding mothers' perceptions before and after breastfeeding support group intervention (ρvalue> 0.05). In this study it can be concluded that the ASI Support group can increase the knowledge, attitudes, psychomotor, and perceptions of mothers in breastfeeding. The implications of health services are expected to be that ASI support groups can continue to be applied through regular supervision and monitoring.
