The present invention discloses a method for industrial production of hydrolyzed oat protein, oat protein hydrolysates which can be used in daily chemical additive efficacy. The method immobilized enzyme methods, oat bran flour with water, feed water weight ratio of 1: 5-1: 50, made of added enzyme immobilized enzyme technology to make the mass percentage in the solution at a concentration of 0.1 -5.0%, the reaction temperature is 30-80 ℃, pH 5.0 to 10.0, the hydrolysis time is 1-13 hours; immobilized enzyme is then separated, by filtration, decolorization, desalination and other processes in the system hydrolyzed oat protein. Compared with traditional methods: the immobilized enzyme can be recycled multiple times, mild hydrolysis conditions, high efficiency hydrolysis, does not produce industrial waste, in line with the Japanese chemical additives now the new natural, environmental protection, safety, efficacy of non-chemical origin trend.
