The invention discloses an autonomous path searching method and system for a mobile scanning vehicle in a piling region environment, and relates to the field of mobile scanning vehicles. The method comprises the steps: building an electronic map, which is provided with a basic moving path for the mobile scanning vehicle, according to the arrangement position of a pile region; determining whether the mobile scanning vehicle is located in a safety distance range relative to a side wall of a pile region channel or not through supersonic waves when a mobile scanning terminal moves along a specific basic moving path in the electronic map; adjusting the moving direction of the mobile scanning vehicle when the mobile scanning vehicle is located in the safety distance range relative to the side wall of the pile region channel, and recording the position of the mobile scanning terminal in real time; and adjusting the basic moving path through employing the position, recorded in real time, of the mobile scanning terminal. The method achieves the unmanned operation to maximum degree, is simple and easy, and guarantees that a worker with poor operating skill can carry out reliable operation.
