РОЛЬ ЭНТЕРОБАКТЕРИЙ ПРОДУЦЕНТОВ β-ЛАКТАМАЗ РАСШИРЕННОГО СПЕКТРА В РАЗВИТИИ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКИХ ИНФЕКЦИЙ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ОТЯГОЩЕННЫМ АНАМНЕЗОМ

We have studied role of extended-spectrum ^-lactamases production in enterobacteria in the development of surgical infections in patients. We determined, that the fact of hospitalization in the ICU, patient age older than 30 years, concomitant diseases, such as oncology and diabetes affect the allocation of enterobacteria -producers of ESBL. One of the above factors increases the probability of selection for ESBL producers of 17.5 %, two factors on 20,8 %, while three 25 %.
