Synthesis of Isodecanol Polyoxyalkylene Ether Phosphoric Ester and Its Potassium Salt

A series of special surfactants with super antistatic property and high lubricity were developed.Using random isodecanol polyoxyalkylene ether as staring material and phosphorus pentoxide as phosphorating agent,isodecanol polyoxyalkylene ether phosphoric ester and its potassium salt were obtained.Effects of feeding time(50 min),feeding temperature(90 ℃),esterification temperature(92 ℃),esterification time(3 h),quantity of water added(2%),hydrolysis time(1 h) were discussed.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the product in which the mass ratio of mono-phosphate to di-phosphate was about 1∶1 and solid content was above 80%,with light color and good stability,was obtained.These were further validated in pilot-scale experiment of(3 000) t/a.
