Clinical Analysis of 97 Cases with Neonatal Asphyxia

Objective To discuss the risk factors and preventive measures of neonatal asphyxia(NA) for reducing it morbidity and improving the perinatal quality.Methods 97 cases with neonatal asphyxia were studied retrospectively in this paper.Results there were many risk factors impacting NA,premature rupture of membranes,combined medical disease,placenta previa are the top three causes.Conclusion It appears that many preventive measures such as improvement of perinatal and antepartum care,treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and premature rupture of membranes in time,Timely terminate abnormal labor,choose uterine-incision delivery appropriate can effectively reduce the morbidity of NA.
