The invention discloses a method for using silk fibroin to regulate and control gold nano particle self assembling. The method includes preparing gold particles, preparing silk fibroin solution and using the silk fibroin to regulate and control gold nano particle self assembling. Compared with other methods, the method has the advantages the silkworm silk fibroin used in the method is a macromolecule protein and good in biocompatibility, and compared with other protein regulating and controlling substances, the silk fibroin is wide in source, simple to prepare and large in acquiring amount, and the silk fibroin can be produced in an industrial large-batch manner; final products after the gold nano particle self assembling are convenient and simple to extract, other methods often need high-temperature or high-pressure conditions to extract the final products, and the method only needs low-speed centrifugation to extract the final products; the method is not limited in regulating and controlling the gold nano particle self assembling, other particles such as silver and chromium can be induced to generate self assembling, and the method can be well applied to different fields.
