In a rotary electric machine comprising a rotary electric machine component, a switching circuit component for performing a current control of this component for rotating electrical machine and a heat dissipation device for cooling multiple switching devices constituting this component switching circuit, the cooling effect of the switching devices is improved. The rotating electrical machine includes a switching circuit component (4) for performing a current control of a component rotating electric machine (2) and a heat dissipation device (50) for cooling multiple switching devices (41 ) constituting the switching circuit component (4), the heat dissipating device (50) being composed of multiple heat sink (50UI, 50UO, 50VI, 50VO, 50WI, 50WO) circumferential direction in network disposed of rotating shaft (13) of the component in rotating electric machine (2) so as to surround the rotation shaft (13) and having a plurality of switching devices (41) distributed among them, and mounted thereon.
