Nickel paste composition

PURPOSE: To provide an Ni paste composition by which a sufficiently compact film can be formed even at a baking temperature not much exceeding a range between 800°C and 900°C lower than that of conventional Ni paste. CONSTITUTION: An Ni paste composition containing Ni, and Sn and/or Zn, each in a powdery condition, has 2 to 14 pts.wt. of Sn and/or Zn per 100 pts.wt. of Ni contained in the composition.
