摄(上标 99m)锝率测定快速诊断甲状腺功能的临床应用研究

Objective To assess the value of (superscript 99m)Tc uptake rate in speediness estimation of thyroid gland function. Methods A nucleus multi-function meter was used to measure the (superscript 99m)Tc uptake rate and 131I uptake rate from 49 patients with hyperthyroidism without taking medicine (group A), 13 patients with hyperthyroidism received medicine (group B), 9 patients with subacute thyroiditis (group C) and 18 healthy individuals (control group). Results At 30min and 60min, (superscript 99m)Tc uptake rate in groups A and B were higher than the control group, but in group C it was lower than the control group. In group A, 131I uptake rate at 2h, 6h and 24h were higher than the control group, group B was similar to control group, and in group C, it was lower than the control group. Conclusion (superscript 99m)Tc uptake rate and 131I uptake rate can be markers of speediness diagnosis of thyroid function, (superscript 99m)Tc uptake rate examination is a kind of more applicable, simple and sensible way for rapidly diagnosing of thyroid function.
