90-degree low-resistance bend

The invention aims at providing a 90-degree low-resistance bend which comprises a bend body. The bend body comprises a bent pipe section, a first straight pipe section and a second straight pipe section. Each of the inner edge and the outer edge of the longitudinal section of the bent pipe section is a 1/4 arc. The first straight pipe section and the second straight pipe section are connected with the bent pipe section and are located at the inlet end and the outlet end of the bent pipe section correspondingly. A 90-degree angle is formed between the first straight pipe section and the second straight pipe section. The bent pipe section, the first straight pipe section and the second straight pipe section are of a hollow structure. A first fin set and a second fin set which are matched with the bend body in shape are installed in the hollow structure, wherein the first fin set is located inside the second fin set, and the rotating angle of the first fin set and the second fin set is consistent with that of the bent pipe section. By means of the 90-degree low-resistance bend, impacts of fluid to the position, at the bend, of a pipeline and formation of vortexes are reduced, fluid resistance losses at the bend position of the pipeline due to backflow or the vortexes can be effectively reduced, the abrasion degree of the bend pipeline is lowered, and the probability of fluid leakage is lowered.
