On the transcrystalline fracture due to intragranular crystallographically ordered precipitation of a second phase

The general features of transcrystalline embrittlement caused by intragranular crystallographically ordered precipitation of filmy sulfides in structural steels, special carbides in high-temperature alloys, and graphite in meteoritic iron are considered.
