The support columns are erected in the space of clearances between traffic lanes and pavements on roads, the support columns are used for stably supporting and fixing the traffic lanes, the internal wheel rails are mounted on upper parts, lower parts, left parts, right parts or bottoms of the traffic pipelines, wheels are mounted on upper parts, lower parts, left parts, right parts or bottoms of the electric cars, the wires are fixed on inner walls of the traffic pipelines, electricity getting supports and electricity getting wires are mounted in corresponding positions of the electric cars, the traffic pipelines are also provided with positioning contacts, and the whole system is equipped with a Cloud server and a master control host computer.
