The present invention relates to a method of using artificial stone concrete waste to produce foam, the method comprising the steps of: a step, analyzing the content of the component of the artificial stone waste, sieved, pressure filtration, to obtain 5% -15% artificial stone powder waste water; step two, in parts by weight ratio of the following raw materials were weighed uniform mixing: 40-60 parts obtained in step a waste artificial stone powder, 10-20 parts of cement, 5-10 parts artificial stone particles, 0.5-0.8 parts of straw fiber, 15-20 parts of 0.015 to 0.03 parts of water reducer and water, then added to 1-3 parts by weight parts of expanded foam stabilizer to give concrete pre-product; step three, the step II the product obtained in the concrete poured into a mold pre-NATURAL leveling, foaming after curing, i.e., to obtain a foamed concrete. The production process of the present invention is simple, easy to operate, not only provides a new approach for the use of artificial stone waste, to achieve energy saving, recycling purposes, but also to improve the toughness and strength of foamed concrete product.
