As antagonists arginine vasopressin they have been synthesized peptide type compounds and non-peptide type compounds. Moreover, they have been described derived from 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1Hbenzazepina represented by the following formula ** ** as vasopressin antagonists non-peptide type.
