The invention relates to a method and device for detecting the sensitivity to primary explosion of an emulsion explosive and a seismic explosive column under a pressure-bearing state. The method comprises the steps of: respectively connecting a pressure meter with a special detection device and connecting a charging connector of the special detection device with an air compressor through high-pressure pipes; placing a sample to be detected in a special closed detection device; remotely pressurizing to reach the required pressure, keeping for 3-5min and then primarily exploding; and checking whether the sample is completely primarily exploded. The device is provided with a cavity, the inner front end of the cavity is provided with a pressure valve, and a charging connector used for being connected with the air compressor, a high-pressure pipe port used for being connected with the pressure meter and a detonator wire are respectively arranged on a rear end cover of the cavity. Through applying pressure remotely and monitoring remotely, when reaching the set pressure, the emulsion explosive and the seismic explosive column are primarily exploded, thus the device is used for safely, reliably, accurately and conveniently detecting the sensitivity to safe primary explosion and the critical pressure of the explosive under the pressure-bearing state. The special detection device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and convenience for use.
