Clinical Effect of Vaginal and Abdominal Ovarian Cyst Surgery

Objective To compare clinical effect and safety of vaginal and abdominal ovarian cyst surgery for treatment ovarian cysts.Methods The clinical data of 115 cases with vaginal operation and 116 cases with traditional open operation was retrospective analyzed.The operation time,blood loss,cases with analgesia,exhaust time,hospitalization time and menses time were compared.The levels of FSH,E2 and LH were tested after the operation.Results In the vaginal operation group,the operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time was shorter,the blood loss was fewer and the pain of patients was less as compared to the abdominal operation group(P0.05).The postoperative E2 level in both groups decreased significantly for one month,FSH and LH significantly increased(P0.05;0.01),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The difference in hormone levels was no statistical significance two months after the operation(P0.05).Conclusion The vaginal ovarian cyst surgery is safe and feasible that can retain organs and fertility of patients at the base of the appropriate indications,it is suitable for various hospitals.
