Provided in the present invention is a protective shell (100) for protecting a circuit board (200); the protective shell comprises: a housing (10) and an accommodation structure (30) which is formed by enclosing the housing (10) and which is used for accommodating the circuit board (200); the housing (10) may be opened or closed so that the circuit board (200) may be mounted and detached or accommodated in the accommodation space. By using the housing (10) that may be opened or closed, the protective shell (100) facilitates convenient disassembly and maintenance of the protected circuit board (200); the present invention has a simple structure and strong operability. Provided in the present invention are an electronic device (300) and an electronic speed regulator which use the protective shell (100), as well as an unmanned aerial vehicle and electronic equipment which use the electronic device (300) or the electronic speed regulator.
