The analysis of the influence of polymer charging processes on the coagulation velocity of submicrometer particles on base of the designed methods of simulation of coagulation kinetics of disperse phase particles in volume of glow discharge is organized. Factors, conditioning sign of the charge of the individual particles are considered. The influence of the value of the particles charge on probability of their collision is defined. It is shown that charging of growing particles and films leads to alike action on velocities of coagulation and current of submicrometer particles from the volume of discharge.
