The charging method comprises the following steps that a long-distance radio-frequency card and a payment account of a mobile terminal are bound and the mobile terminal uploads the bound payment account to a background server; at an entrance and an exit of the parking lot, a long-distance card reading device monitors whether the long-distance radio-frequency card is read; if the long-distance radio-frequency card is read, card information of the long-distance radio-frequency card is acquired and the card information is uploaded to the background server; the background server inspects validity of the long-distance radio-frequency card according to the card information, if the long-distance radio-frequency card is valid, a vehicle can enter or exit, and when the vehicle exits, deduction is performed from the bound payment account. By using the non-stop charging method of the parking lot and the system thereof, a purpose of fast parking can be realized; a traffic congestion problem at rush hours is solved; prepayment is not needed; people does not need to go to an assigned business place to recharge; extra recharging and fee-paying equipment does not need to add; cost is low and practicality is high.
