Влияние нового лекарственного средства на основе комплекса лития цитрата, полиметилсилоксана и оксида алюминия на адаптацию животных к физическим нагрузкам, социальную адаптацию и агрессивное поведение

2019
We present the results of an investigation of the specific activity of a medicinal product based on the complex of lithium citrate, polymethylsiloxane, and alumina (referred to below as Li-complex) according to its adaptogenic effect and its effect on aggressive behavior. It is established that the Li-complex more favorably (in comparison to lithium carbonate) influences the adaptation of animals to physical loads and social adaptation (on the average, by 35.9 and 12.1%, respectively, p < 0.05), has more pronounced antiaggressive effect (by 14.3%, p < 0.05), does not suppress the orientation-research behavior (inhibition by 105%, p < 0.05) in the case of lithium carbonate and by 0% in the case of Li-complex), and to a lesser extent aggravates consequences of the transferred acute immobilization stress (by 11.1%, p < 0.05). The proposed Li-complex is also superior to lithium carbonate in milder action and lower toxicity.
