2020
Work that involves several movements such as lifting, bending, circular movements when moving things from side to side and bowing while working over time will cause complaints. LBP is a symptom, not a disease that can arise from several disorders that are known or unknown causes. LBP is usually felt between the lower rib cage and the buttock crease. Treatment in this case uses transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and core stability after infra red (IR). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, core stability exercise and infra red on pain reduction in myogenic low back pain. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with control group design. Sampling using Purposive Sampling. The number of subjects from this study were 20 people with a 2 division of 10 treatment groups and 10 control groups. The results of the influence test using the Paired Sample t Test between the treatment group and the control group with a p value of 0.0001 then there is an influence between the treatment group and the control group. Different influence test using Independent Sample t Test obtained p value 0.042 then there is a significant difference in effect between the treatment group and the control group.
