Capillary anti-blocking structural assembly of low-temperature refrigerator and controlling method for assembly

2012
The invention discloses a capillary anti-blocking structural assembly of a low-temperature refrigerator and a controlling method for the assembly. The assembly comprises a compressor, an oil return pipe, an oil separator, a condensation fan, a condenser, a drying filter, an electric control board, a capillary and an evaporator. The assembly is characterized in that two ends of the capillary are connected with electric heaters or integrally covers the electric heaters; temperatures of the inlet and outlet parts of the capillary are controlled in an electric heating mode; according to the capillary oil blockage and ice blockage forming principle, for preventing the capillary from being blocked and preventing the working performance of a refrigerating system from being affected at the same time, the capillary part is generally heated in the running process of the refrigerating system and at the stop stage of the compressor; according to types of a refrigerant and lubricating oil adopted by the refrigerating system, the temperatures of the heated parts are controlled, so that blockage is prevented, and the working medium of the system is prevented from being deteriorated by excessive heating; and the refrigerating performance of the low-temperature refrigerator is prevented from being affected by excessive heating.
