Promoting Transformation and Enhancing Sustainable Competitiveness of the Construction Industry:A Review of the ICCREM 2011

The international conference on construction and real estate management 2011 organized by Guangzhou University was held in the Conference Hall of Guangdong Science Center in Guangzhou,China on November 19th-20th,2011.About 200 professionals who comes from more than 10 countries attended the conference.This paper summarized the presentations and crucial points of view from keynote speakers and the ideas of other presenters.The hot topics in construction and real estate research were outlined.
