Ортопедическое лечение металлокерамическими коронками на золотых каркасах

During last years the technology of golden framed metal-ceramic produced by either injection molding method or without it is widely spread withing dentists circle. Due to their high corrossion resistance, biocompatibility, nice coloring and good injection molding qualities gold and gold alloys are widely used nowadays.We have conducted the comparative analysis on three non-injection molding methods of golden framed metal-ceramic crown production. We have obtained the data on the endurance of the above mentioned crowns. We have received new information on the effectiveness of the golden framed metal-ceramic crowns produced by electroforming. We have demonstrated the benefits of the electroforming method over “CAP TECH” method and powder method. Clinical and laboratory studies have shown high accuracy of the electroforming, that allows to skip the stages of the injection molding, mechanical handling and model fitting, which are quite labour-consuming. Thus electroforming method would lead to quality improvement of golden framed metal-ceramic crowns implant process, allowing to use a gentle method of tooth preparation, which is essential for saving its vitality
